Alliance Roofing's FSS Contract provides our clients with a comprehensive selection of roofing products, manufacturers and services. FLAT ROOFS

From old fashioned BUR (Built-Up Roofing), EPDM (Rubber), and Modified Systems, to today's new high-performance Thermoplastics (PVC & TPO), Alliance Roofing will specify a roofing system, compatible with the building's use, structure and design. All of our flat roof installations offer manufacturer's-designed and certified drainage plans. Written workmanship and material warranties are available on these systems.

UNIQUE SOLUTIONS

When a problem arises, Alliance Roofing is prepared and ready to provide a solution. Older, functionally obsolete or deficient roofing systems can be removed and modernized with completely new roofing systems or replaced with new materials that match the original roofing system. Innovations in the roofing industry now provide systems with long life spans, increased energy efficiency and minimal annual maintenance. New systems provide a low life cycle cost due to the increased life expectancy and reduced maintenance costs.

METAL ROOFS

Owners and facility managers are opting for metal roofing systems now more than ever. Metal roofs offer lower life-cycle costs, lightweight long-term building protection, and low maintenance with environmentally friendly (recyclable) material choices. Most metal roofing systems are made from G-90 galvanized steel (steel coated with zinc), Galvalume© (steel coated with aluminum zinc alloy), or aluminum depending on environmental and/or building conditions. Metal roofs coated with a high performance Kynar© finish are eligible for finish warranties up to 30 years and are available in a wide variety of standard colors. Lightweight framing options (wood or steel) offer opportunities to convert existing flat roofs to sloped metal roofs, often creating an aesthetically pleasing and functional new roof design. These conversions alleviate traditional flat roof drainage issues, and may offer advantages such as energy savings and overall reduction of roof maintenance.

MATERIALS

A clear advantage of our FSS Contract is the ability to simplify and speed the procurement process by having a large inventory of materials available for purchase through the GSA. Materials may be ordered directly from the schedule or combined with design/build and installation under one contract!
