Alliance Roofing will survey all roof conditions at your facility and document any potential or existing deficiencies utilizing its RoofGuard Maintenance and service program. We will recommend a schedule of maintenance, repairs and improvements for a designated item period designed for each specific facility. Our report includes photo documentation, degree of severity data and options for remedies. This report will assist you in budgeting and planning.

Our crews spray coated this flat metal roof with a polyurethane coating after existing leaks were remedied. This treatment will assure no further damage occurs and protects against additional deterioration of deficient areas. This project received a no dollar limit (NDL) ten year warranty covering material and workmanship.

As
required, our engineers will develop complete project plans and
drawings for clients approval. Our solution-driven team will perform
field work, gather existing drawings, field verify for accuracy
and examine current roof conditions. Working closely with the
client, we sort through design options, cost considerations, material
specifications and assist with the selection of a roofing system
from one of the many available manufacturers. Construction and
drainage details will be incorporated into a final set of working
plans and submitted to client for approval or revision.

FLAT
ROOFS
Owners and facility managers are opting for metal roofing systems now more than ever. Metal roofs offer lower life-cycle costs, lightweight long-term building protection, and low maintenance with environmentally friendly (recyclable) material choices. Most metal roofing systems are made from G-90 galvanized steel (steel coated with zinc), Galvalume© ( steel coated with aluminum zinc alloy), or aluminum depending on environmental and/or building conditions. Metal roofs coated with a high performance Kynar© finish are eligible for finish warranties up to 30 years and are available in a wide variety of standard colors. Lightweight framing options ( wood or steel ) offer opportunities to convert existing flat roofs to sloped metal roofs, often creating an aesthetically pleasing and functional new roof design. These conversions alleviate traditional flat roof drainage issues, and may offer advantages such as energy savings and overall reduction of roof maintenance.

of materials available for purchases through the GSA. Materials
may be ordered directly from the schedule or combined with design/build

After completing minor roofing repairs at the USCGA facility we were asked to provide an efficient roof maintenance program that would allow for preventative roof maintenance, plan for major roof replacements and work to extend the life of all of the serviceable roof systems. We performed an inspection and gathered data on over 1,000,000 square feet of roof area and 12 miles of gutter/drainage systems. We now provide a RoofGuard maintenance and service plan that is designed to fit the ongoing needs and budgets of the Untied States Coast Guard Academy.
